Responsibilities: - Plan and coordinate various events such as weddings, corporate meetings, conferences, and parties - Communicate effectively with clients to understand their event needs and preferences - Manage event timelines and schedules to ensure everything runs on time - Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to secure necessary services and equipment - Assist in marketing events to attract attendees and promote the event - Provide excellent customer service to clients before, during, and after events - Handle budgeting and financial aspects of events - Upsell additional services or products to enhance the event experience Experience: - Previous experience in event planning and management, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting - Strong communication skills to interact with clients, vendors, and team members effectively - Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in budgeting and financial management for events - Knowledge of catering, banquet services, and event logistics - Ability to market events effectively to target audiences - A customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service Pay: $20.76 - $25.01 per hour Schedule: • 10 hour shift Ability to Commute: • Noblesville, IN 46062 (Preferred)
