Executive Event Planner & Catering Manager

Our client, a premier event management firm based in Columbus, Ohio , is seeking a highly skilled and creative Executive Event Planner & Catering Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of events, including client consultation, concept development, budget management, vendor negotiation, logistics coordination, and ensuring seamless execution on the day of the event. A significant focus of this position will be on overseeing and elevating the catering aspects of all events, working closely with chefs and kitchen staff to design innovative menus, manage food and beverage quality, and ensure exceptional service delivery. Experience with event planning software and a deep understanding of food trends, presentation, and service standards within the catering industry are required.
