Executive Event Planner

As an integral part of the team, you will play a key role in planning and executing various types of B2B events, including tradeshows, virtual summits, roadshows, dinners, and more. As an Event Marketing Manager at Egnyte, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Director of Global Events, the Event Agency, and other internal teams to ensure successful event execution. Key Responsibilities: • Manage pre-, during-, and post-event activities • Coordinate logistics and implementation of physical, virtual, and hybrid events • Serve as primary liaison with marketing team members and vendors • Research global events and confirm stakeholder needs • Manage event calendar and coordinate event details • Prepare event guides and provide comprehensive instruction and training • Manage event shipping logistics, company gifting platform, and swag vendors • Provide detailed reporting on event success Requirements: • 3-5 years of experience in event management, preferably in B2B environment • Intimate knowledge of tradeshow logistics • Strong verbal and communication skills • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and/or Google Workspace • Experience working with event management platforms and tools a plus
