Executive Event Planner

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering seamless and impactful events for senior leadership and discerning clientele. Responsibilities include developing unique event themes and concepts, negotiating contracts with venues and suppliers, managing event timelines and milestones, and ensuring all events align with brand standards and objectives. Experience with virtual event platforms and strategies is a significant advantage, as you will be expected to manage aspects of both in-person and virtual components. As this is a fully remote position, strong self-discipline, excellent time management, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a virtual environment are paramount. Extensive experience in event planning, with a portfolio showcasing a range of successful large-scale events, is essential.
