Role Overview The Event Planning Specialist is responsible for coordinating the planning and execution of a variety of events that align with the company's overall corporate event strategy. This includes working with cross-functional marketing teams, managing event logistics, and ensuring successful event outcomes. Responsibilities: • Coordinating event logistics, including audiovisual, setup, food and beverage, registration management, and database management • Collaborating with cross-functional marketing teams to create and execute event campaigns • Managing event budgets and ensuring timely invoicing and vendor contract management Requirements: • High school diploma required; 5 or more years of event planning experience preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Teams • Excellent communication and organizational skills
