The Executive Events and Calendar Analyst is responsible for creating and managing a centralized executive event and travel calendar that enables strategic and balanced leadership presence across all regions. Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, program management, or related field is preferred (or equivalent experiences)Financial services experienceDemonstrated business acumen and professionalism to work directly with executive team members and senior leadersStrong analytical skills and comfort working with large amounts of calendar, event, and travel dataAbility to simplify complex, multisource informationExperience organizing, managing, or governing executive calendars or similar centralized systemsWorking knowledge of basic event operations and enterprise planningExperience using scheduling and workflow tools (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook integrations, Smartsheet, Workfront)Experience in Chief of Staff, Business Analyst, Strategy Analyst, or Executive Operations rolesFamiliarity with enterprise event strategy or engagement programs.Ability to recognize strategic implications of travel, timing, and leadership presence.Strong relationship-building and influence without authority.Forward-thinking mindset.Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications Our Approach to Office Workplace Type Our approach enables our teams to deepen connections, maintain a strong community, and do their best work.
