This position manages the full sales cycle—from lead generation and negotiation to event planning and on-site execution. Sales & Contracting: • Proactively prospect and solicit new group and meeting business to generate revenue for the hotel. • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, bookings, and revenue in the sales system (e.g., Delphi). Client Relationship Management: • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Required Skills & Qualifications: • 2+ years of management experience in hotel sales, catering, or conference services preferred.
