This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong project management and event planning experience, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across teams and with high-level stakeholders. • Partners with the VP of Strategic Partnerships & Events to execute event logistics—venue selection, invitations, registration, catering, AV, and transportation. • Represents Sales Executives professionally in interactions with staff, clients, board members, and stakeholders. • 3–5 years of experience supporting senior executives, event planning, or project management. Physical Requirements and Work Environment • Ability to work at a computer and remain seated for extended periods.
