Experience & Events Manager

As the Experience & Events Manager, you will lead the City’s customer experience and event operations within City Hall while supporting community events across the City. This role ensures City Hall operates as a welcoming civic space while delivering high-quality events and exceptional service to residents, visitors, and community partners. This role is exempt with a starting annual salary of 107,827, depending on experience, and plays a key leadership role in shaping how residents and visitors experience City Hall and City events. Managing the scheduling and use of City Hall public meeting and event spaces while coordinating event logistics such as space setup, technology needs, equipment, and facility support.Collaborating with City departments and community partners to plan and support Citywide events, programs, and community gatherings.
