Experience Manager

The Experience Manager will be responsible for the delivery of facility management with an emphasis on workplace experience at the client’s facility. The Experience Manager will partner with business unit stakeholders and ISS service lines to create a seamless customer experience for both GoDaddy and ISS employees at the facility. Work with ISS service lines and vendors to ensure the site is in great working order • Liaise on the coordination of all events and meetings with GoDaddy Events team as well as ISS Event Planner • Heavy emphasis on customer service and partnering with executive, facilities management, and multiple vendor representatives.
