Responsibilities

Produce and execute large-scale events, activations, product demonstrations, launches, and partner experiences.Manage end-to-end event logistics, including demo design, staffing, technology, vendors, budgets, and onsite execution.Partner with marketing, product, creative, agency, and executive stakeholders to deliver experiential programs.Manage multiple complex projects and workstreams, including domestic and international event travel.Develop scalable event processes and playbooks, support live product troubleshooting, and coordinate post-event measurement and reporting.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in event production, experiential marketing, event management, or creative agency environments.Proven experience producing complex, large-scale events and product experiences, including demonstrations at major industry, cultural, or first-party events.Strong program management, operational, vendor, agency, budget, and event logistics skills.Experience with VR, AI, emerging technology, wearables, or consumer hardware, including basic live device troubleshooting.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work with executive leadership in complex, evolving, and matrixed environments; bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
