We are currently seeking an experienced and highly organized Wedding Planner to join our team on a contract basis. As a Wedding Planner at RSVP Events, you will be the primary point of contact for couples, guiding them through every step of the planning journey with a calm, polished, and client-focused approach. The Wedding Planner is responsible for managing every facet of the wedding planning process from initial consultation to flawless execution on the wedding day. Minimum of 2 years of wedding planning or event coordination experience Must reside in the Greater Grand Rapids area Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple events simultaneously Comfortable working flexible hours including evenings and weekends Confident in decision-making and problem-solving in fast-paced environments Experience managing wedding timelines and day-of logistics Professional and client-focused demeanor Proficiency in Google Workspace Reliable transportation Must be comfortable standing and walking for extended periods Must be able to lift light event materials Restaurants and hotels use OysterLink to hire.
