Key Responsibilities: • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and guests • Work closely with clients to understand their event needs and preferences • Coordinate with hotel operations teams to ensure seamless event execution • Develop creative and personalized event concepts that meet client specifications • Collaborate with culinary teams to design menus and provide exceptional food and beverage services • Conduct site tours and provide historical knowledge of location and significance of the building Required Skills and Qualifications: • Minimum 2 years of experience in catering or sales in hospitality • High school diploma or equivalent • Strong knowledge of MS Office required • Excellent verbal and written communication and multitasking skills • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and late nights
