Key Responsibilities: • Provide fine dining level food and beverage service to guests, consistently meeting premium standards of service. • Analyze Banquet Event Orders to ensure accurate setup and service. • Maintain friendly and professional relationships with guests, anticipating and meeting their needs. Setup and Maintenance: • Establish and maintain both food and beverage stations in various locations throughout the building, adhering to premium standards of service. • Monitor and maintain inventory for food and beverage stations.
