• Client requests that you participate in a pre-event conference call, date and time to be determined. You will be paid for this time. On-Site Expectations • Client requests that you arrive to the venue on time, confirm room set up, correct AV is delivered and set up and number of guaranteed guests based on registration materials. • Guests of the dinner meeting are required to fill out the post event survey. • At the end of the meeting, the client requests that you take a picture of the final bill/receipt and the sign-in sheet and text them to the client.
