Experienced Sales & Events Manager

```Job Summary``` We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Sales & Event Manager to join our team. As a Sales & Event Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing various events, ensuring their success from start to finish. ```Responsibilities``` - Plan and execute a wide range of events, including corporate meetings, conferences, and social gatherings - Collaborate with clients to understand their event requirements and provide expert guidance throughout the planning process - Coordinate with vendors, such as hotels, banquet halls, caterers, and audiovisual companies, to ensure all necessary services are in place - Manage event budgets and negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure cost-effective solutions - Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, setup and breakdown, transportation arrangements, and guest registration - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events and exceptional guest experiences - Develop event timelines and schedules to ensure all tasks are completed on time - Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement - Quote and contract all wedding room block and meeting room only inquiries ```Skills``` - Strong knowledge of hotel, banquet, catering, and guest services industry standards - Proven experience in event planning and execution - Excellent contract negotiation skills - Exceptional time management and organizational abilities - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
