Onsite positions. Must be open to work long days, weekends and overtime when needed. We’re seeking a Trade show Coordinators to join our team and play a key role in planning and executing successful trade shows. ( note) This position is not Mon-Fri( Must be open from Monday- Sunday excepting any shift).
• Proven experience in event coordination, tradeshow management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with vendors, clients, and team members.
• Proficiency in event management software and tools is a plus.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
