Job Description The Event Coordinator provides professional client services support in the planning, organization, and management of events within the facility. • The Event Coordinator monitors the logistics of all events assigned and handles all event coordination tasks from the planning stages to the event's conclusion. • Meets with clients to guide them in the preparation of events and keeps them informed about deadlines. • Knows the rules, codes, and laws associated with opening a building to the public, including finding capacity for any given room based on specific set-up needs.
