Experiential Event Production Manager

Overview: We are seeking an experienced Contract Event Production Manager to oversee and coordinate production activities in a fast-paced environment. • Coordinate with the Producers to ensure logistics efficiency of load-in and load-out of the entire event with all on-site teams, vendors and venues • Ensure all vendors comply with insurance requirements, event schedules, and budget parameters set • Help ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations by distributing information and reinforcing established procedures. Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role in event production or related fields. • Strong leadership and organizational skills, specifically in Microsoft SharePoint, Teams and Applications • Knowledge of manufacturing or event production processes and quality standards.
