The Toledo Zoo is seeking a Full-Time Event Manager to plan, coordinate and execute a wide range of events from weddings to concerts. This role interfaces with clients on catering, decor and entertainment options, handles contracts and deposits, and coordinates across Catering, Production and Development teams. You will use event systems to manage calendars, respond to inquiries, and support ticketing through Live Nation and Ticketmaster.
