About This Role Join our team at the Omni Oklahoma City Hotel as an External Event Concierge. You will be the first point of contact for meeting planners and their attendees, ensuring exceptional service and anticipating their needs. Responsibilities • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly • Maintain communication with the planner, Convention Service Managers, Floor Managers, and Banquet Managers to ensure timely execution of events • Familiarize yourself with hotel layout, room names, capacities, menus, and setup • Provide assistance to other Convention Services staff members as needed • Attend department meetings and training sessions
