Facilities & Event Coordinator

• Coordinates scheduling of parish events with the Pastor, Vicar and PAA. • Coordinates with volunteer organizers to set up food and beverages for events and to arrange tables. Ensures supplies are organized and accessible, that spaces are prepared for events and stepping in to clean areas when needed. Qualifications • Position is approximately 5 hours per week but will vary depending on scheduled events. • Prior knowledge of North American Martyrs parish events and groups is helpful but not required.
