The Facilities Event Planner will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of events held at our venue, including conferences, meetings, exhibitions, and weddings. This is a challenging and rewarding role, requiring excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure. Key Responsibilities: • Work closely with clients to understand their event requirements and preferences. • Develop and implement event plans, including logistics, catering, and audiovisual equipment. • Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations.
