Faena Rose Miami - Event Production Manager

Faena Rose is an exclusive, art and culture-based private members community founded on the principles of art, culture, community, and VIP access. • Reports to: Director of Cultural Event Production • Direct reports: N/A • Key collaborators: Event Production Manager (second), Marketing Manager, Member Relations Team, Financial Controller Manage and execute all details of cultural event production (pre-event, during event, and post-event), including but not limited to: • Booking event venue (in-house and off-site) and needs • Coordinating with the in-house and third-party Special Events & Banquet Teams to execute cultural events • Sourcing and managing any third-party vendors required for cultural events • Create and route Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) for approval • Run-of-show, floorplans, and other logistics-related tasks • Booking talent travel, accommodations, and car service • Collecting event-related invoices as needed • Assisting the Department Director with the overall department budget • Preparing and distributing post-event thank-you gifts for talent • Help on-site at events, including load-in and load-out • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously (up to a dozen) happening at any given time. This is a high-volume, high-pressure operation • Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to collaborate seamlessly with internal teams, vendors, and talent • Skilled in building and managing production timelines, run-of-show documents, and floorplans • Financially literate; comfortable with budgets and reconciliations • Calm and solutions-oriented under pressure, ensuring smooth execution of events with audiences ranging from 20 to 400 people • Deep curiosity for and engagement with art, culture, and current events that enhances programming and member experience • Familiarity with the hospitality industry • Self-motivated, team player, reliable, professional, and hardworking • Creative and flexible with strong problem-solving skills
