Essential Job Duties: • Oversee and manage all aspects of special event operations, ensuring seamless execution of events and maintaining exceptional service standards. Education/ Experience: • Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage service procedures, strong background in hospitality in a full-service, upscale high-volume private event environment • 3 years related experience as a Banquet Manager or similar role in an upscale, high-volume environment. Required Skills/Abilities: • Must be able to create and maintain a team-oriented atmosphere, and ensure that employees are appropriately trained and have an adequate workload.
