Festival Coordinator Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Festival Coordinator to assist in operational planning, implementation, and management of our Headquarters for the Sundance Film Festival. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating venue setup, teardown, and equipment needs while ensuring deadlines are met. • Assist in operational planning, implementation, and management of the Headquarters for the Sundance Film Festival • Coordinate venue setup, teardown, and equipment needs while ensuring deadlines are met • Provide daily operational support to the HQ Venue Manager and assist with volunteer training and management Required qualifications include: • L legal authorization to work in the United States • Valid driver's license and successful completion of MVR background check • 2 years of experience in venue, event operations, or a related field • Working knowledge of databases and proficiency in Google Products preferred • Ability to move items up to 50 lbs
