The Marketing Event Coordinator role is critical to driving our Strategic Business Unit (SBU) growth and demand generation through innovative and engaging event planning combined with tactical implementation. As the coordinator, you will manage national and regional trade shows, coordinate client education events, support grand openings, and execute engaging in-store activations. You should have a strong grasp of the intricacies of trade shows, client education events, sponsorship engagements, and retail activations. 1-5 years of experience in marketing event planning bachelor's or associate degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field preferred proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel experience working with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously strong communication and interpersonal skills physical ability to perform event-related activities including lifting 10-50 pounds Browse restaurant and hotel jobs on OysterLink.
