Job Responsibilities: You will serve events on your own or alongside 1-2 servers, assist your Event Captain as a Lead Server during events, and be on our Company Car Insurance as a Driver. You will also be required to have a current OLCC and ability to serve as a Bartender. Additionally, you will direct and teach new servers on Sheild Service Standards and be familiar with Sheild menu. The Physical Demands of the Position: This role requires the ability to stand for up to 10 hours at a time, lift 50lbs, and work in various weather conditions.
