Valley of the Moon Club, located in Santa Rosa, CA, is the premier event location for Weddings, Meetings, Social Events and Golf Tournaments in Sonoma County. Oak at Valley of the Moon Club is the main restaurant and community hub for the Oakmont Community. Food and Beverage at Valley of the Moon Club has an excellent reputation for the finest quality and selection. This position will be responsible for creating a positive culture, training and developing employees, setting clear goals and holding employees accountable through clear communication as well as working closely with the General Manager on initiatives. Successful candidates for the Food & Beverage Director position will be expected to: • Support and manage all food and beverage outlets including Oak Restaurant and Banquet Facilities by ensuring service standards are met.
