Food & Beverage Events Manager

Position Overview The Food and Beverage Manager- Walton Arts Center supports the Food & Beverage Department by planning and overseeing the day-to-day food and beverage operations at the Walton Arts Center (WAC). • Coordinate with the Senior Director of Event Operations, Events Department, Development Department, and Communications/Marketing teams on F&B needs related to shows, donor activations, client events, and organizational initiatives. • Determine staffing requirements for each show or event and coordinate with the Food and Beverage Administrative Assistant to schedule staff accordingly. • ServSafe Certification required. • Must be able to endure sitting or standing for extended periods of time.
