Food & Beverage Events Manager

Position Overview The Food and Beverage Manager- Walton Arts Center supports the Food & Beverage Department by planning and overseeing the day-to-day food and beverage operations at the Walton Arts Center (WAC). Coordinate with the Senior Director of Event Operations, Events Department, Development Department, and Communications/Marketing teams on F&B needs related to shows, donor activations, client events, and organizational initiatives. Determine staffing requirements for each show or event and coordinate with the Food and Beverage Administrative Assistant to schedule staff accordingly. ServSafe Certification required. Physical Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
