Foundation Event Manager

This highly visible leadership role is key within the Intermountain Foundation focusing on bringing development and contemporary event growth in support of significant children’s and adult health initiatives. The Event Manager is a leadership role for the Intermountain Foundation with system-wide accountability comprised of three regions – Canyons (Utah and Idaho), Peaks (Colorado and Montana), and Desert (Las Vegas, NV). This position reports to the system's Vice President of Programmatic Giving and is responsible for leading and managing a multi-region events team, charged with executing well-coordinated, high-yield events that generate donor affinity and revenue. To be successful, this position will need to keenly navigate the cross-functional structure of the Foundation to optimize the donor experience for desired outcomes. The position could work hybrid, but would ideally be located in Salt Lake City.
