Freelance Event Assistant – Onsite Only (Weddings, Corporate, Galas & More)

We're looking for experienced freelance event assistants to support top-tier planners at luxury weddings, corporate functions, galas, and more. We are launching a new platform that connects vetted event professionals like you with planners who value experience and professionalism. What You’ll Do: • Provide onsite event-day support (e.g., setup, guest flow, cueing vendors, executing timelines) • Work directly with event planners to ensure smooth production • Maintain a polished, professional presence at high-end events • Stay calm under pressure and adapt to last-minute changes • Represent yourself and the planner with excellence What We’re Looking For: • Prior hands-on experience assisting or working directly for an event planner. Not that prior experience is essential.
