Guest Experience Team, Private Event
Paris, Kentucky (Lexington area) | Late October 2026 | $25/hour, six-hour minimum, plus gas reimbursement
Assemble Collective is staffing a small guest experience team for an upscale private event in Paris, Kentucky. We’ll be the first and last faces guests see: welcoming arrivals, managing check-in, running coat check, and generally making sure every guest feels looked after from the moment they step out of their car to the moment they leave.
What you’ll do
Greet guests warmly and manage check-in against the guest listRun an organized, efficient coat checkAssist guests throughout the evening with questions, directions, and small requestsSupport the event team wherever an extra set of hands keeps the night seamless
Who we’re looking for
Prior customer service or hospitality experience, where you worked directly with guests, clients, or customersA warm, courteous, composed presence, you genuinely enjoy taking care of peopleA high level of discretion. This is a private event and all team members will sign an NDA before details are shared. Who is there and what you see stays at the event, full stopReliable transportation to Paris, KY, gas is reimbursedComfortable on your feet for the duration of the shiftWilling to complete a background check, arranged and paid for by Assemble Collective, before the event
Professional attire required, details provided on confirmation. Full event details, including the date, venue, and schedule, are shared after the NDA is signed. We’ll walk the whole team through the run of show before doors, so you’ll never be guessing.
