The Technician will facilitate meeting organization, invitation functionality, agenda management, rehearsal and technical run-through, day of event technical support and moderation, and closing out event deliverables. Duties & Responsibilities Provide personalized assistance, resolving client needs for meetings and events; providing fast and accurate responses to client requests, ensuring high standards of customer service Proficiency with MS Teams and ability to learn proprietary software and systems 3+ years' experience in conference services, hospitality, or corporate communications Outstanding customer service encompasses everything from performing the technical, creative and operational aspects of our jobs to the best of our ability, to going the extra mile to assist our customers and colleagues in any way.
