Enhance Sofar's presence in your community through creative marketing and ticket sales.Develop a strategic vision for the number of monthly shows, target neighborhoods, and themed events.Cute and book high-quality, diverse artists and venues for unforgettable experiences.Oversee event logistics to ensure each show offers exceptional hospitality and memorable experiences.Manage the financial performance of each event, guaranteeing success and profitability.Forge partnerships with local businesses to secure sponsorships and promote private events.Connect with local organizations to cultivate community relationships and broaden Sofar's reach.Collaborate with local leaders to create vibrant events that amplify Sofar's brand awareness.Coordinate with Sofar's partnership and community teams to deliver top-tier events that reflect Sofar's values.Who You Are: You have strong connections within your local scene and are dedicated to fostering community engagement.You possess 3-5 years of experience in live event production and promotion.You are skilled at securing event sponsorships and marketing activations.You can confidently pitch ideas to sponsors, with a strong history of closing deals.You have a keen understanding of local neighborhoods and the interests of your community.You excel at building lasting relationships with community organizations and businesses.You implement strategic alliances to boost ticket sales.You take pride in delivering a professional experience for all participants.You are an excellent communicator with exceptional time management skills.You can work independently but value collaboration with the broader organization.Compensation ranges from $100 to $5,000 a month based on ticket prices, event volume, and overall performance.
