Front Desk Skills: • Experience with customer service & strong communication skills • Ability to operate the front of the house and support cleaning routines • Ability to handle and prioritize many tasks • Ensure excellent customer & member experience • Maximize new members through sales and tours, and retention of existing members through personal relationship building, programming and community building • Operate both software and hardware with strong technical skills Events Skills: • Experience in small to large event planning, management and growth • Onsite execution of all events from start to finish and maintenance of the space • Recruit, manage and schedule contract event staff • Maintain event supply inventory • Maximize events & meeting room bookings through multiple sales channels and strategies • Attend & schedule networking events to increase exposure and revenue • Plan and execute internal events for Members and Guests to increase retention and community • Ensure excellent customer & member experience • High level of organization & task oriented Additional hours may be necessary to support night and weekend events and meetings.
