Front of House & Events Manager

Location: Bender’s Tavern – Canton, OH Schedule: Full-Time, Includes Evenings & Weekends Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Front of House & Events Manager to oversee our front-of-house operations while managing and executing special events. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage front-of-house staff (servers & bussers) • Oversee server training and performance • Deliver exceptional guest experiences through professional, warm engagement • Handle special event sales, reservations, communication, and day-of execution • Maintain service quality and food & beverage safety standards • Manage reservations effectively, including special event coordination • Uphold and contribute to our EOS-driven operational structure Preferred: • Experience in fine dining or historic/destination dining settings • Knowledge of wine, spirits, and premium food service • EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) exposure a plus Benefits: • Competitive salary based on experience • Opportunities for leadership development • Dynamic team environment in a celebrated institution
