Full-Time Catering Event Manager

Zeffert & Gold Catering is seeking an experienced, organized, and hospitality-driven Event Manager to oversee the successful execution of weddings, corporate events, social celebrations, and other catered events throughout the Baltimore–Washington region. Our Event Managers are the on-site leaders responsible for bringing each event to life. They coordinate staff, manage timelines, communicate with clients and vendors, and ensure every detail reflects our standards for exceptional food, thoughtful service, and intentional hospitality. • Experience with event timelines, banquet service, rentals, and catering logistics is preferred We believe exceptional events are built through great food, careful planning, strong teamwork, and genuine care for our clients and their guests.
