The position requires flexibility in scheduling, as events may occur during evenings and weekends, and includes a commission based on department sales. Responsibilities • Service client accounts and Museum internal events to ensure that all clients' needs relating to an event are fulfilled. , • Oversee vendors, staff, and contractors in the execution and implementation of successful events. Event Director, other Event Coordinators, and Event Staff to ensure all aspects of the contract are fulfilled. , • Customer service experience and strong communication skills are required, preferably in event and/or hospitality management.
