This person provides visible support, on office floors, for guests and visitors, Position: Full-Time Corporate Floor Host dayshift Location: Los Angeles, CA, 90017 Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7 AM - 4 reimbursement eligibility after 1 year. for meetings on all office floors, connect with meeting organizers and guests as lighting, supplies, audio visual equipment, Continuously perform floor tours and ensure the entire space creative solutions and anticipate customer needs, in our commitment to maintain Keep abreast of all in-house and area knowledgeable responses, in person, through email, and on telephone. for the client’s hoteling culture and mobile way of working by supporting guests and visitors who need help securing workspace. Monitoring all meeting at scheduled times, ensuring full preparation for operation/function.
