Fundraiser/Event Planner

Job Description

Position Type: Full-Time or 6 month contract

Position Summary: This position deals with assisting our Development Team with various aspects of clinic development including but not limited to donor management, fundraising, event planning, social media, donor cultivation and tracking. This job requires a desire to learn and work in a fast pace environment with a small, dedicated team.

Knowledge and Skills:

Outstanding interpersonal communication skills – verbal and written

Strong organizational skills

Ability to work some weekends and evenings

Valid Driver’s License and vehicle is required

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Working knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Hootsuite and other social media platforms is desired

Working knowledge of WordPress-based websites is desired

Experience using graphic design platforms such as Adobe Photoshop is desired

Experience using video editing software such as Final Cut Pro or Filmora is desired

Experience using customer relationship databases (CRMs) such as Bloomerang, eTapestry, Raiser’s Edge, etc. is desired

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
