Fundraising Event Associate

Old North Events is expanding our Raleigh team and seeking motivated, people-focused individuals to join us as Fundraising Event Associates.

We are a professional fundraising and promotional marketing firm specializing in face-to-face outreach and live fundraising events. Our team works directly with nonprofit organizations to increase awareness, connect with potential supporters, and generate donations through engaging, in-person conversations.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build experience in fundraising, events, marketing, sales, nonprofit outreach, customer engagement, and communications. No previous fundraising experience is required. We provide comprehensive, hands-on training to help new team members succeed.

What You'll Do:

Represent nonprofit organizations at fundraising events and promotional campaigns throughout the Raleigh area
Engage with members of the public through friendly, professional face-to-face conversations
Educate potential supporters about nonprofit missions, programs, and current initiatives
Encourage donations and ongoing support for the organizations we represent
Assist with event setup, organization, and daily campaign activities
Answer questions and provide accurate information to potential donors
Work alongside team members to achieve individual and event fundraising goals
Develop skills in fundraising, sales, marketing, communication, and public engagement
Maintain a professional and positive representation of Old North Events and our nonprofit partners
