Fundraising & Event Coordinator

Fundraising & Event Coordinator Full Time Women Supporting Women, Inc., (WSW) a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization located in Salisbury, MD, is seeking a Fundraising & Events Coordinator to lead special events and fundraising efforts that support the organization’s mission and financial sustainability Plan and manage all aspects of fundraising events (venues, vendors, sponsors, logistics) Secure sponsorships, donations (monetary and in-kind), and new fundraising opportunities Coordinate event marketing, registrations, and community outreach (including media appearances) Oversee online auctions and track event performance and revenue goals Manage sponsor relationships and ensure fulfillment of sponsorship benefits Coordinate volunteers and interns for events and programs Collaborate with leadership and marketing teams on fundraising strategies and promotions Maintain records using platforms like FrontStream, Bidding for Good, and Microsoft Office Representing the organization at various networking events within the community Other duties as assigned by Executive Director · A minimum of one-year Fundraising experience.
