Gand Opening Event Staff

Overview We are hiring 4 temporary staff members to assist with our Grand Opening. This position is for 4 hours total on June 27, 2026 from 5-9pm. Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly assistance and directions to enhance their experience Assist with event setup and breakdown, ensuring all areas are organized and inviting before and after the event Manage guest services by answering questions, guiding attendees, and resolving any issues promptly and professionally Handle cash transactions accurately during ticketing or merchandise sales, maintaining proper records Support food service operations by serving refreshments or assisting with catering needs as required Monitor guest behavior to maintain a safe environment, utilizing conflict management skills when necessary Engage with children and families through interactive activities or entertainment to foster a lively atmosphere Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Experience in guest services, including guiding visitors and addressing inquiries efficiently Cash handling proficiency ensuring accuracy during transactions
