The General Manager is expected to set the tone for the team and all customer- facing aspects of the business, both from a personality standpoint and via the utilization of strong professional knowledge. The General Manager will interact with and assist the Founder/CEO of the company on a daily basis. -Serve as a positive and professional example for your team. -Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given the highest level of customer service in a responsive, friendly and courteous manner at all times. -Observe and evaluate workers and work procedures to ensure quality standards are met or exceeded at all times.
