Lead the Events division within FitLab, with Ragnar as the primary businessDrive high-quality, consistent execution across all eventsImprove event-level economics and overall division performanceHelp shape and execute the strategic roadmap for Events in partnership with the FitLab leadership teamDevelop new event formats, experiences, and revenue opportunities over timeDevelop and grow strategic partnerships and sponsorships that elevate the experience and improve event economicsBuild and lead a high-performing team across corporate and field operations As part of the Events team, the physical demands and work environment described here are representative of those required to perform the essential functions of this role. You may be asked to work onsite at events as part of your role. This role includes travel to events as part of onboarding and ongoing leadership of the Events division.
