Global Channel Marketing Projects & Events Manager

Location: US, preferably near a Lenovo office location.Job Description The Global Channel Marketing Projects Events Manager is a key role in planning and delivering channel events, key projects, and always‑on programs. The role requires strong B2B technology understanding, event management expertise, operational excellence, and the ability to partner with senior stakeholders across geographies.Key Responsibilities Lead the logistical execution of key global channel events including Lenovo 360 Circle Summit, Tech Connect Symposiums, and GCAB.Create blueprint and support execution on Geo Partner Advisory Councils.Support the execution of Lenovo 360 Accelerate across brand content work streams.Work with the channel alliances team, business groups, corporate event team, geo event teams, the broader channel organization, and third‑party agencies to ensure seamless event delivery.Develop event plans, internal communications, and briefing documents.Coordinate with the communications lead to promote events externally through social media and PR.Manage the budget (Net or alliance) ensuring effective use of funds and POE as needed to meet compliance guidance.Support other global channel events (offline and online) as needed in support of the Lenovo 360 plan execution.Own the Lenovo 360 webinar program, including platform management and content program, aligning with key channel stakeholders.Own Highspot pages for events.Develop and track project plans through Act as an ambassador for global channel marketing, building strong relationships across Business Groups, Geo Marketing, and Channel Teams.Work in partnership with the broader ISO Global Channel Team to execute on the Lenovo 360 vision.Manage 3rd‑party agency relationships to maximise performance and achieve plan execution.Drive consistency of messaging and process efficiency to improve overall channel execution globally.Required Skills5+ years of B2B channel event experience in a vendor, reseller, or distributor role within the IT sector.Previous experience in a global marketing role.Preferred SkillsOutstanding project management skills, including budget management and business review processes.Attention to detail when managing multiple projects with excellent organizational planning skills.Strong team player experience in a globally dispersed matrix organization.Flair for event execution with an eye for delivering high‑quality experiences.Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience managing executive leadership attendance and speakers.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Base salary range: $115,000 - $145,000. Additional bonus and/or commission may be considered.
