Job Overview: This position plays a vital role in supporting the success of global development programs by ensuring seamless execution and management of summits. Key Responsibilities: • Managing participant data and tracking • Coordinating simulation requests and attendee needs • Planning and organizing event logistics, including space bookings • Ensuring accurate event planning and assignment of summit roles • Providing support for learning other programs as needed • Contributing to the operational success of the Day 1 leader program Essential Skills: • At least 2 years' experience in program management and event coordination within HR • Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively • Strategic thinking, creativity, and operational expertise Culture Alignment:
