The Global Event Associate supports the Global Event Manager in planning and executing events by managing logistical operations, coordinating event details, and ensuring a seamless experience for attendees. • Provide logistical support leading up to and during events. • Work with suppliers, hotels, volunteer churches and field personnel to ensure all necessary supplies are at the meetings. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree, preferred • 3-5 years of work experience in event planning or related field • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Workday ERP systems, event management and booking software, and Cvent • CMP certification, preferred • Ability to travel internationally up to 50% during peak seasons Time Type: Full time
